WOOLWORTHS CONTRACTS

Collaboration between two BGC divisions has led to two major contract wins, collectively valued at $29 million, to design and construct Woolworths stores in Mandurah and Aveley.

BGC Construction offering an affordable and time-efficient building solution using joint-free concrete slabs, precast concrete retaining and precast concrete wall panels manufactured by BGC Precast.

The Greenfields Mandurah store achieved practical completion in May 2016, with the Aveley store expected to reach practical completion before the end of the year.

BGC Construction also recently partnered with BGC Precast to win a competitive tender with the City of Busselton, valued at $19 million, to build the Busselton Administration and Civic Centre.
