BGC CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES GROWING PARTNERSHIP WITH HILLAM ARCHITECTS

New apartment projects in Rivervale and Subiaco have seen BGC Construction once again team up with Hillam Architects reconfirming the strong partnership between the organisations and marking the fifth time they have worked together.

The 13-storey Vantage Apartments, located on the Swan River at Rivervale, will offer 212 apartments and is expected to reach completion in mid-2019. It also represents our third collaboration with one of Perth’s premium apartment developers, Edge Visionary Living.

Element 27 is also the first residential development in Australia for real estate company Sentinel.

The extremely competitive tendering processes for the Vantage and Element 27 developments by Hillam Architects saw BGC selected as the preferred contractors for both projects.

In Subiaco, Element 27 will form part of the redevelopment of one of the area’s former light-industrial zones and become a key feature of the historical Australian Fine China precinct. The project is set to be completed at the end of this year.
