ALOFT HOTEL OPENS IN PERTH MARKING AUSTRALIA BRAND DEBUT

The luxury 4.5-star Aloft Hotel has opened its doors to guests in Perth, marking the Australian debut of the international Aloft brand.

 Officially opened on 26 May 2017 at The Springs Rivervale, the 15-storey, 224-room hotel is the first of its kind to be built in Australia, providing high-quality amenities and a vibrant social atmosphere just minutes from the CBD, the new Perth Stadium, the Crown Perth entertainment precinct and Perth Airport.

One of the hotel’s major attractions is the stunning rooftop ballroom and open air terrace that offer panoramic views of the Swan River and Perth CBD.

Guests can also enjoy expansive rooms with walk-in showers, fast and free WiFi, and 55-inch television screens, as well as access to a wide variety of dining and social spaces including the WXYZ Bar, Re:Mix Lounge, Re:Fuel 24/7 pantry and the signature restaurant, Springs Kitchen.

BGC Development General Manager Ross Catalano said the hotel was the centrepiece of an urban renewal project at The Springs Rivervale being delivered by BGC Development and BGC Construction in partnership with Marriott Hotels and Resorts.

“The Aloft brand is well-known for its modern, innovative design, tech-savvy features and vibrant social spaces, and we were delighted to help bring this to Perth,” Ross said.

“We are looking forward to showcasing he state-of-the-art development to the Perth community and visitors from overseas and interstate.”

Other features of the hotel include Re:Charge state-of-the-art gymnasium, an 18m pool, meeting rooms and conference facilities. Residents in the area will also have access to the hotel’s facilities plus a local coffee roaster and sushi train, contributing to a vibrant social scene.

The Aloft Hotel is located at 27 Rowe Avenue, Rivervale.
