MBA EXCELLENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AWARDS – ORION TERRACES

BGC Construction was awarded the Master Builders Association’s Best Seniors/Aged Persons Multi Unit Development for Orion Terraces, Bullcreek in a ceremony  held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre on the weekend, against a field of strong contenders.

The Project consists of a six storey building, including basement car park with 40 multiple dwelling units and three short stay accommodation units for RAAFA.

The apartment building also consists of an estate management office, a shop front, a hairdresser, a medical consulting room and a library, which are all situated on ground floor.
