A 23-storey purpose-built student accommodation comprising of 571 beds and 351 bathrooms, rooftop bar, outdoor cinema, swimming pool, gym, yoga and dedicated study areas, along with a grand entrance lobby, onsite management offices and car parking to lower levels.
