ST IVES CARINE OPENS

Resort-style retirement living has arrived in Western Australia with the recent completion of Stage One at the new St Ives Carine Retirement Village in Carine.

The $40 million project includes 63 contemporary apartments with generous floorplans, all with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and most with a study or third bedroom. The apartments are complemented by a premium, hotel-like clubhouse and a health pavilion.

BGC Construction has been the preferred builder of choice for many retirement villages and aged care facilities providers, with other recent construction contracts including the under Construction Opal Aged Care in Carine, the Akora apartments at Swancare’s Bentley Park Community and the Alice Ross King Aged Care facility for RAAFA at Bullcreek.
