WAVERLEY ON THE GREEN

Minister for Housing  the Hon. Bill Marmion MLA was the guest of honour at the official opening in early August of the recently completed Waverley Road Apartment complex (PHOTO) built for Access Housing by BGC Construction. The ten one bedroom and 28 two bedroom units will provide affordable housing options for a diverse sector of the community including singles, couples and small families. This is the second project BGC has completed for Access Housing, with a third nearing completion in Mandurah and two other projects scheduled to kick off later this year
